• The Alberta government Child Care's new Affordability Grant covers $100 per child per month of the preschool fees. This $100 grant is deducted from the monthly preschool fees (see Registration/Fees tab).
• What a wonderful month it has been! The children are becoming familiar with their new routines. They are learning to take turns with their classmates and exploring the different centres. We are so glad to see many smiling faces each day.
• For the month of September, our focus was on "All About Me" and pointing out that everyone is special. In October, our lovely preschoolers will be learning about the autumn changes, Thanksgiving, Halloween and Diwali.
• The years children spend at preschool are precious and a very important time of their lives. We are honored to get to spend some of that special time with them. We plan to have an exciting year full of fun, friendships, learning and many discoveries.

Upcoming Events for Families of Unique Kids:

• We will be focusing on kindness and being good friends through engaging our preschoolers with a variety of activities and crafts that circulate around this theme.
• Halloween Days at school where each class will celebrate this special event by singing songs and finger plays. Kids look forward for this day as they get to wear their Halloween costumes. It's always lots of fun!
